About

Caroline started her career as a Research Assistant at the University at Buffalo’s Primary Care Research Institute where she had the pleasure to partner with the Patient Voices Network, a group of empowered patients with multiple chronic conditions who seek to improve patient-provider relationships and create a more patient-centered healthcare environment.

After graduate school, she started her career at a local community health center.  As a behavioral health provider, she learned how intentional, trauma-informed therapy improves both mental and physical health outcomes. As a member of the integrative care team, she supported medical providers to navigate the complex needs of patients with chronic conditions, such as fibromyalgia, endometriosis, and substance use disorder.

Caroline believes in intentional, person-centered care that promotes the integration of physical health with mental health. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, trauma, diabetes, or infertility, she seeks to partner with her clients to discover balance in one’s life.
